A little about me;
Hey, I'm Bella.
I've spent the last 15 years building businesses that have looked very different from one another. I've founded brands from scratch, owned and operated a restaurant with my husband, led teams, built communities and learnt that building a successful business is about so much more than having a great idea.
I've built businesses from passion, from necessity and from complete reinvention.
Within the past 12 months, almost every part of the life I thought I was building changed. Some chapters ended unexpectedly. Others began in ways I never could have imagined. In many ways, the life I knew burnt to the ground and what emerged from those ashes has changed me forever.
After seven years of infertility, I became a mum. My dad died suddenly. We closed our restaurant, packed up our lives in Australia and moved to Sicily to build a completely different future for our family.
Through all of it, I realised that building a business isn't just about strategy. It's about having the courage to keep showing up when your identity has shifted, your priorities have changed and the life you're building looks nothing like the one you imagined.
That's why I created The Reinvention Room.
I wanted a space where ambitious women could build businesses around their real lives. A space where practical strategy sits alongside nervous system support, embodiment, honest conversations and loving accountability. A space where we stop endlessly preparing and finally start following through.
I'm still walking this path myself, and I believe there's something incredibly powerful about women building alongside one another.

Weekly live Reinvention calls - Every Monday we'll come together for 90 minutes to reconnect with your vision, celebrate your wins, work through what's keeping you stuck and create an achievable plan for the week ahead. Every woman is building something different, so together we'll identify the next most important step based on your business, your goals and your current season of life.
Loving Accountability & Real Momentum -This isn't about unrealistic to-do lists or hustle culture. It's about creating consistent momentum that feels achievable and sustainable. Throughout the week I'll be checking in via a voice note vault, celebrating your wins, helping you navigate the inevitable roadblocks and lovingly holding you accountable to the commitments you've made to yourself.
Beyond Strategy: Mindset, Nervous System & Embodiment - Building a business isn't just about knowing what to do. It's also about understanding why we sometimes freeze, procrastinate or struggle to follow through even when we know the next step. Inside The Reinvention Room we'll explore the connection between being, doing and having, alongside simple embodiment and nervous system practices that help you move through fear, perfectionism and self-doubt so you can take action from a more grounded place.
A Community That Truly Gets It - You'll be surrounded by women who are also choosing to create a different way of living and working. This is a space to ask questions, celebrate the small wins, be honest about the hard days and remember that you don't have to build your business alone.
Throughout the program I will be inviting inspiring women who have built businesses, pivoted careers or completely redesigned their lives to share their stories, lessons and honest experiences. Not because there's one blueprint to follow, but because hearing what's possible from women who've walked the path can expand what feels possible for you too.

This isn't another business community. It isn't another mindset container. It isn't another place teaching you how to "hack" the algorithm. It's the room women walk into after life has changed them. Where motherhood, grief, career pivots, big dreams, self-doubt, ambition and healing are all welcome. Where we don't separate the woman from the work she's building.
Where strategy matters, but so does your nervous system. Where execution matters, but so does your intuition. Where accountability matters, but so does self-compassion.
Where your lived experience isn't something to overcome. It's your greatest asset. Because we don't build extraordinary lives by becoming someone else. We build them by becoming more of who we've always been.
